主要介绍SLC800线性光电偶合器的特点、工作原理、频率响应和典型应用案例。SLC800的特点是:隔离电压高、功耗低、稳定性好、传输线性度好和温度特性好。最后,着重介绍如何把SLC800光电偶合器作为隔离放大电路体系功能块的应用。
This paper introduces the characteristic, theory, frequency response and typical application of SLC800 linear optoelectronic coupler. Its characteristics are high isolation voltage, low power consumption,good stability and temperature characteristic.
