摘要
通过对影响区域科技创新能力要素的分析,构建了基于科技人力资源区域集聚指数的知识生产模型,提出科技人力资源区域集聚效应可以利用单位经费投入产出来度量,并通过近四年的数据分析了不同区域的科技人力资源的集聚效应。
Through the analysis of regional S＆T creativity factors, a regional knowledge production model is built based on the regional agglomeration index of S＆T human resources, The quantitative analysis of S＆T human resource regional agglomeration effect could be conducted by analyzing the expense of input and output of the given unit. And the agglomeration effect of S＆T human resource in different region is analyzed by the data collected in recent four years.
