Study on Knowledge Transfer Mechanism in Industry-University Collaboration——A Case Study of the Implementation of Project Management Mode in an Exploration & Design Institute

企业-大学间的知识转移既是企业赢得竞争优势的重要途径,也是大学科研院所的知识资源实现价值的途径。本文首先探讨企业与大学合作中知识转移的影响因素,在此基础上,提出企业与大学合作中知识转移机制的理论模型。最后以某勘察设计院与某大学科研机构合作研究项目管理模式为例,对知识转移机制进行实证分析。

Knowledge transfer in Industry - University Collaboration is not only an important method to gain competitive advantages for the companies, but also a way for the research institutes of universities to make their knowledge resource valuable. The paper firstly discusses the factors that influence the knowledge transfer in industry - university collaboration, and then the theoretical model of knowledge transfer mechanism is analyzed. Finally, a case study of the implementation of project management mode in an Exploration ＆ Design Enterprise and a research institute of a university is discussed.
