摘要
根据“激光汽化兼热杀癌肿瘤理论模型”给出的方法,采用Nd:YAG激光裸光纤插入离体猪肝做间质内热毁损实验。观察影响激光热毁损区域形状的因素,对沿光纤剖开切面上热毁损区域的长径、短径和平均直径作统计学相关分析。
Based on methods from "the theoretical models of vaporizing and heat-killing therapy of cancer with laser ", the experiments had been done to make hyper-thermal lesion in liver excised from pig with Nd:YAG laser bare fibre inserted. The investigation had been made into the factors affecting the shape of interstitial laser hyper-thermal lesion in liver excised from pig. The statistical correlate analysis had been given out about the long diameter, short diameter and average diameter of the lesion in the side cutting along fibre.
