摘要
目的：评价肠内营养支持在颅脑手术后病人中的应用。方法：对我院30例神经外科颅脑术后病人，从入院早期就开始经鼻胃插管实施肠内营养支持，早期用低渗型“三几全营素”，经2～3d过渡适应后，即改用常规型“三九全营素”。定期测定病人的血红蛋白（Hb）、血浆总蛋白（TP）、血清清蛋白（ALB），并观察肠内营养支持对胃肠并发症的影响。结果：①营养支持病人的血TP、ALB、Hb等指标均能维持在较为理想的水平；②未发生严重的胃肠并发症；③营养支持过程中，病人的肝、肾功能和糖、脂代谢均无明显异常。结论：“三九全营素”在颅脑术后病人的肠内营养支持中，具有效果良好和胃肠并发症少的特点。
Objective： To evaluate the earlg application of enteral nutrition（EN） support in the patients undergoing head operation. Methods： Enteral nutrition was used in 30 cases of patients earlg after the head operation. Use of low infiltration type of ＂999 trensine＂ for 2-3 days and gradual change to general type of ＂999 trensine＂ were practised. Hb,TP and ALB were measured and the gastrointestinal complications were observed. Results： ① TP,ALB and Hb were kept in perfect level;② No severe gastrointestinal complications were observed; ③No abnormalities of glucose,lipid metabolism and functions of liver and kidney were found. Conclusion ： ＂999 trensine＂ can be used in the enteral nutrition support in the head postoperative patients and has little gastrointestinal tract complication.
