摘要
目的:评价肠内营养支持在颅脑手术后病人中的应用。方法:对我院30例神经外科颅脑术后病人,从入院早期就开始经鼻胃插管实施肠内营养支持,早期用低渗型“三几全营素”,经2~3d过渡适应后,即改用常规型“三九全营素”。定期测定病人的血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆总蛋白(TP)、血清清蛋白(ALB),并观察肠内营养支持对胃肠并发症的影响。结果:①营养支持病人的血TP、ALB、Hb等指标均能维持在较为理想的水平;②未发生严重的胃肠并发症;③营养支持过程中,病人的肝、肾功能和糖、脂代谢均无明显异常。结论:“三九全营素”在颅脑术后病人的肠内营养支持中,具有效果良好和胃肠并发症少的特点。
Objective: To evaluate the earlg application of enteral nutrition(EN) support in the patients undergoing head operation. Methods: Enteral nutrition was used in 30 cases of patients earlg after the head operation. Use of low infiltration type of "999 trensine" for 2-3 days and gradual change to general type of "999 trensine" were practised. Hb,TP and ALB were measured and the gastrointestinal complications were observed. Results: ① TP,ALB and Hb were kept in perfect level;② No severe gastrointestinal complications were observed; ③No abnormalities of glucose,lipid metabolism and functions of liver and kidney were found. Conclusion : "999 trensine" can be used in the enteral nutrition support in the head postoperative patients and has little gastrointestinal tract complication.
