摘要
目的:探讨丹参与生脉合用对阻塞性黄疸患者术后内毒素(LPS)、内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)及(IL-8)的影响.方法:将阻塞性黄疸与黄疸的肝胆外科患者分成3组,每组各15例.黄疸对照组及无黄疸对照组术后给予一般治疗,丹参加生脉治疗阻塞性黄疸组术后1~6 d给予丹参加生脉注射液,动态观察血浆,LPS,ET,TNF-α,IL-6及IL-8的变化.结果:丹参加生脉注射液术后7 d与术后1 d相比,LPS,ET,TNF-α,IL-6及IL-8明显下降(P<0.01或<0.05),且低于或接近术前水平,与黄疸对照组术后7 d相比也明显下降,其中ET、TNF-α,IL-8在术后7 d相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阻塞性黄疸术后LPS,ET,TNF-α,IL-6及IL-8均升高,丹参加生脉注射液可降低它们的水平进而保护多脏器的功能.
Objective: To investigate the effect of Salviamiltiorrhiza and Shengmai on LPS, ET and cytokines in obstructive jaundice (OJ) post-operative patients. Methods. This study included three groups: the OJ patients receiving SS for 6 days after operation (the SS group, n = 15), the OJ patients not receiving SS (the OJ group, n = 15), the patients with other hepato- biliary disorders (the Non- (3] group, n = 15). The levels of LPS, EW, TNF- α, IL- 6 and IL- 8 were measured one day before operation and 1, 4, 7 days after operation. Results: LPS, et TNF- α, IL - 6 and IL- 8 levels of the SS group were obviously lower on the 7th day after operation as compared with those on the 1st day after operation (P〈 0.05), and than the OJ group's. Conclusion: The post-operative useof salvia miltiorrhiza and Sbengmai for patients with obstructive jaundice may effectively decrease the post- operative levels of plasma LPS, EW, TNF- α, IL- 6 and IL- 8. At the same time, they may protect Multi - organ function by inhibiting LPS, EW, cytokines and proving blood dynamics.
