摘要
目的:探讨哮喘患者T细胞亚群失衡及与气道阻力(Airway Resistance,Raw)变化的相关性。方法:用流式细胞仪测定分析26例哮喘发作期、30例健康正常者外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)数量及CD4+/CD8+比值与Raw变化。结果:CD4+:哮喘发作期组显著性高于正常对照组(P<0.01);CD8+:哮喘发作期组显著性低于正常对照组(P<0.01);CD4+/CD8+比值:哮喘发作期组显著性高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。CD3+T与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Raw与CD4+T呈显著正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05),与CD8呈显著负相关(r=-0.571,P<0.01),与CD4+/CD8+比值呈显著正相关(r=0.622,P<0.01)。结论:哮喘患者T细胞亚群失衡可能是哮喘发病的重要机制,CD4+/CD8+细胞比值失衡,表明T细胞免疫功能异常与气道阻力有相关性。
Objective. To investigate the relationship between the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the changes of airway resistance in asthmatic patients . Methods: Floweytometry was used to compare and analyze the T lymphocyte subsets (CD3^+, CD4^+ , CD8^+ CD4^+/CD8^+ ) in the peripheral blood from 26 acute attack asthmatic patients and 30 healthy subjects, indices of airway resistance were recorded. Results: The level of CD4 T cell in asthma patients was significantly higher than that in healthy subject (P〈 0.01)) The level of CD8 T cell was significantly lower than that in healthy subject (P 〈 0.01 ); CD4/CD8 was also significantly higher than healthy subject (P〈0.01). there were no significant difference in the level of CD3 T cell between asthma patients and healthy subjects P 〉0.05). The relation analysis showed that the airway had significantly positive relation to the level of CD4 ( r = 0. 512, P〈0.01). The levels of CD8 T cell were significantly negatively related to it ( r = - 0. 571, P〈0.01), but it had significant negative correlation with the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + ( r = - 0.62, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The balance of T - lymphocyte subsets in asthma patients deviates significantly. The deviation of balance of CD4/CD8 showed that the disturbance of immune system relats to airway resistance.
