摘要
目的:测定BTH-14和BS-10对蚊幼的毒力,为使用生物杀虫剂灭蚊提供科学依据。方法:采用液浸法,用苏云金杆菌(BTH-14)和球形芽孢杆菌(BS-10)混合液按不同浓度对不同龄期、不同种蚊幼进行敏感性测定。结果:蚊幼龄期越小,对生物制剂越敏感。凶小库蚊和淡色库蚊的相对敏感性大体一致。结论:相同浓度的生物制剂对龄期较小的幼虫有较强的杀灭率。
Objective: To determine the virulence of BTH- 14 and BS- 10 on mosquito gnats, and to providie the power reason for using the BTH- 14 and BS- 10 (biological insecticide) . Methods: The method of liquid immerse was adopted and the sensitivity of mosquito gnats which are different in age and sorts to mixed liquor of BTH - 14 and BS - 10 was determined. Results: The younger mosquito gnats were more sensitive to the mixed liquor. The death rate of different sorts of mosquito gnats was same. Conclusion : The same concentration of the BTH- 14 and BS- 10 may kill more younger mosquito gnats.
