中外乡村旅游地开发研究比较分析——兼论中国乡村旅游地开发的问题与对策

Comparative analysis on rural tourism palace development of China and foreign countries——the problems and its countermeasure of rural tourism palaces development in China

通过对国内外乡村旅游研究的回顾,从乡村旅游地规划开发角度,对中外乡村旅游地开发的发展历程、动力机制、旅游产品形式、经营管理方式进行系统对比分析,并针对中国乡村旅游地开发面临的问题,提出相应发展对策.

Rural tourism is one of the fashionable actives and has been focused on in the whole world currently. The objective of this article is to analyze the difference to guide the development of rural tourism in China. By looking back the rural tourism research of China and foreign countries, the relational conception of rural tourism is put forward at first, in order to avoid the confusion among the rural tourism research of China. Then the development phases, motivation mechanism, product forms, management pattern of rural tourism palaces development are compared between China and foreign countries. To compare with foreign countries, rural tourism research is not enough in China. Through the comparative analyses, this article has found the problems of the development of rural tourism palaces in China; at last＇we put forward some development patterns as the countermeasure.
