混凝沉淀及Fenton氧化法处理含直接铜络合偶氮染料废水

摘要 对某染料厂含直接铜络合偶氮染料废水进行了混凝沉淀及Fenton氧化法脱色处理实验研究;采用控制pH值、控制FeSO4·7H2O用量和反应时间等不同条件确定了含直接铜络合偶氮染料废水的脱色率以及混凝和Fenton氧化法较佳操作条件:在pH=11.57、FeSO4·7H2O为2g/L、反应时间为10min时,脱色率为80%;在H2O2用量为0.6mL/L、FeSO4·7H2O用量为300mg/L、pH值为4~5、反应时间为30min时,脱色率可达100%;在确定的Fenton氧化反应较佳条件下,Fenton氧化反应和混凝反应都能顺利进行,前者取得更好的脱色效果。 Coagulation sedimentation and Fenton oxidation experiments were conducted to treat the wastewater containing direct copper complex azo dye. The better reaction conditions of coagulation and Fenton oxidation were determined through experiments. Under the conditions of pH= 11.57,2 g/L FeSO4 ·7H2O, reaction time 10 min, the color removal efficiency was 80%. In Fenton oxidation experiments, the color removal efficiency reached 100% under the conditions of 0.6 ml/L H2O2, 300 mg/L FeSO4 · 7H2O, pH 4-5 and reaction time 30 min. Coagulation sedimentation and Fenton oxidation can do best, and the color removal efficiency can obtain 100 percent in our best condition.
