摘要
在Pro/E wildfire2.0软件环境下斜齿轮精确建模的参数化方法,不仅可以快速构建不同参数的斜齿轮,也为其它零件的参数化设计提供了依据。由该精确模型进行齿轮机构的动态仿真及有限元分析,可以得到更为精确的结果。
Based on Pro/Ewildfire2.0 software, a parameterize method to build a precise model for helical gear design is introduced, by which not only the helical gear with different parameters can be constructed rapidly, but some design basis are offered for other accessory design as well. The dynamic simulation and the finite analysis verify the effectiveness of the method.
