摘要
结合河南安阳钢铁公司高炉煤气洗涤水系统,从水质净化(絮凝)和水质稳定(阻垢分散)技术的反应机理出发,通过药剂配方筛选方案的实验,进而研究适合此类循环冷却水系统水质的处理技术。在实验过程中,充分考虑了多方面的影响因素,力求在实际运行中能达到良好的处理效果,为高炉的连续生产创造条件。该处理技术对钢铁厂的高炉煤气洗涤水的水质处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
For the washing water system of blast furnace gas, based on the reaction mechanism of water quality purification (flocculation) and water quality stability (scale inhibitor and dispersant) techniques, and through the experiment of the selective program of agent prescription, the treatment technology of water quality suitable for circulating cooling water system has been studied. In this course, the influential factors in many aspects have been considered, striving to reach good treatment results in operation, so as to create conditions for the successive running of the blast furnace. This technology has certain reference meanings to water treatment for washing water of blast furnace gas in iron and steel works.
