虚拟企业是一种新型的组织形式,它具有传统企业所无法比拟的信息效率优势。然而目前有关这方面的理论研究却甚少。力求从虚拟企业的信息效率优势出发,探讨虚拟企业的理论成因,试图为虚拟企业的研究提供另一种理论视角。

The hypothesized enterprise is a kind of new organization form, which has the information efficiency superiority that traditional enterprise is incomparable with. However, there is little fundamental research that concerns this aspect at present. Hypothesized enterprlse＇s theory originated from the information efficiency superiority in hypothesized enterprise is discussed. It is attempted to provide another kind of theory angle of view for the research of hypothesized enterprise.
