摘要
介绍了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的一个智能温度控制系统。介绍了如何利用MSP430F149本身的优点并结合相关的外部电路实现键盘输入、实时监测、自动温度控制和调节的控制系统的方法。重点阐述了系统的硬件构成、各部分的主要作用及系统软件的设计过程。由于本模块对输入量同时采用硬件和软件的非线性补偿,故具有精度高、可靠性较好、电路简单、成本低、体积小、生产调试方便等特点。
An intelligent temperature controller based on MSP430F 149 single chip microcomputer is introduced. How to realize keyboard input, real-time stakeout and measure, temperature control and adjusted automatically is described, via the merits of itself and the relatively peripheral circuit. The hardware structure of the system, the main function, and the process of the system software design are expounded emphatically. The integral circuit adopts both hardware and software nonlinear compensation technology. Therefore, it has many advantages such as high accuracy, high reliability, small volume, simple circuit, low cost, easy debugging and so on.
