摘要
嵌入电阻PCB技术已经成为高频、高密度PCB的必然选择。比较分析了嵌入厚膜电阻和薄膜电阻的优缺点,论述了嵌入薄膜电阻的设计方法和原理,并以Ohmega-Ply?电阻材料为例,介绍了在Boardstation工具软件中实现嵌入电阻设计的流程和设计技术。最后,针对嵌入电阻的可制造性技术进行了分析。
Embedded resistors have great potential for high frequency, high density PCB applications. An analytical comparison of superiority between thick film resistors and thin film resistors is drawn. Design method and theory of embedded thin film resistor is discussed. With an example of Ohmega-Ply resistive material, flow and technology of how to implement embedded resistors in boardstation software are introduced. At last, the fabrication capability of embedded resistors is analyzed.
