日粮蛋白质水平对0~3周龄肉鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 用180只科宝肉鸡,研究了5种日粮蛋白质水平(分别为19.44%、20.69%、21.56%、22.43%、23.26%)对0~3周龄肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响.结果表明:日粮蛋白质水平对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能均有显著影响,蛋白质不足或过量都将使肉鸡生产性能和免疫力下降,蛋白质不足比过量对肉鸡生长和免疫更为不利.使肉鸡获得最大生产性能和最佳免疫力的蛋白质水平并不一致.获得最佳生产性能的蛋白质水平为22.43%,而获得最佳免疫力的蛋白质水平为20.56%~21.56%. The effects of dietary protein levels on the growth performance, immune organs development and specific immune response in broilers were investigated. The chickens were fed different diets containing 19.44,20. 69,21.56,22.43 or23. 26% protein respectively in 0~3-week-old. The results showed that different dietary protein levels had significant influence on the growth performance and immune function in broilers. Significant reductions of the growth performance and immune function were observed in broilers when the dietary protein was deficiency or surplus, and protein deficiency was more harmful to the growth performance and immune function compared to the protein surplus. The protein levels for the greatest performance and competent immune response was inconsistent. In this experiment, 22.43% protein in the diets was essential to obtain the greatest growth performance, and the protein concentration holding the best immune function was 20.56%-21. 56% in 0-3 week-old.
