体外培养的绵羊卵丘/颗粒细胞周期特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 作者探讨了体外培养的绵羊卵丘/颗粒细胞在不同生长状态、不同传代次数的细胞周期特征.流式细胞仪分析结果显示:第3代和第13代细胞生长至50%~60%汇合、70%~80%汇合和完全汇合时处于G0/G1期细胞的比例分别为76.6%±1.7%、83.4%±1.65%、84.53%±2.27%和66.8%±1.84%、72.8%±2.09%、76%士3.41%.低代细胞处于G0/G1期的比例显著高于高代细胞(P<0.05),高汇合度的细胞处于G0/G1期的比例显著高于低汇合度的细胞(P<0.05).这表明核移植时选用低代高汇合度的培养细胞为宜.
