摘要
文章分析研究了经纳米化学改性前后的细绵羊毛纱线的主要物理性能。实验发现,改性后的细绵羊毛纱线与未改性的相比,摩擦性能明显改善,抗菌性得到提高,纱线强力性能指标中,变异系数降低。但经过纳米改性后,纤维受到了一定的损伤,细绵羊毛纱线的部分性能指标反而比改性前更差:纱线的条干不匀率增大了,断裂强力和断裂伸长率都有较大降低。用纳米功能母液与等离子辐射的方法对细绵羊毛的改性处理是比较成功的,但在选取原料和纺纱工艺等方面还需继续改进。
The aim of this subject is to investigate the changes in properties of wool fine yarn Modified by nanotechnology, find out the advantages and deficiencies of nanometer-modifying, establish groundwork for the further improvement. It found that the yarn performance had been improved, such as friction, anti-bioticalation, yam strength and so on. However, the rate the even yarn increased, the tensile strength and elogation of the modified wool yarn reduced greatly. It reached the conclusion that it was successful to modify the wool yarn with nanometer function mother-liquor and the plasma radiation.
