兰州市城区幼儿园儿童尿碘水平调查

Investigation of urinary iodine of preschool children in urban areas of Lanzhou

目的了解兰州市城区幼儿园儿童的尿碘水平。方法采用整群、分层、随机抽样相结合的方法分别抽取兰州市城区5所幼儿园的150名儿童,留取调查对象日间随意一次尿样进行尿碘检测,同时测查5所幼儿园食用盐碘、饮用水碘的含量及膳食中碘的摄入量。结果兰州市城区幼儿园儿童尿碘中位数为161．59μg／L,尿碘小于20 μg／L的样品比例为2．1％;5所幼儿园儿童食堂精制碘盐食用率达100％, 食盐碘含量中位数30 mg／kg,水碘中位数1．4 μg／L;幼儿园儿童膳食中人均碘摄入量132．6μg／d。结论兰州市城区幼儿园儿童的尿碘指标达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,该年龄群体儿童碘营养状态适宜。

Objective To study urinary iodine of preschool children in urban areas of Lanzhou. Methods 150 children from five preschools were selected by the combination of cluster, stratified and random sampling. Urinary iodine was assessed using one of the day-time urinary samples. Meanwhile, iodine concentrations in salt, drinking water and diet were also measured. Results Median urinary iodine was 161.59 μg/L. The proportion that the concentration of urinary iodine was lower than 20 μg/L took 2.1%. The utility rate of iodine salt was 100%. Median salt iodine was 30 mg/kg and median water iodine was 1.4 μg/L. The average quantity of diet iodine intake was 132.6 μg/d . Conclusion The iodine state of urban preschool children in Lanzhou was in an appropriate degree.
