孕妇外周血中胎儿有核红细胞分选富集的方法学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 孕妇外周血中存在胎儿有核红细胞(Fetal nucleated red blood cells,FNRBCs)已不容质疑,但要得到足够数量的FNRBCs并普及使用于无创性产前诊断仍存在一些问题。到目前为止尚未找到FNRBCs特异性的抗原,富集、分选FNRBC8操作复杂,费用昂贵。尽管如此,由于无创性产前诊断对胎儿没有任何风险,不受孕妇年龄和疾病的限制,带给孕妇的痛苦小,因此发展无创性产前诊断技术仍有较好的前景。随着单克隆抗体技术、
