摘要
介绍了不锈钢电化学着色工艺,采用正交试验的方法对不锈钢电化学着色的试验方案进行了优化,得出最佳试验方案;用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对不锈钢着色膜的元素组成和元素价态进行了分析,这对着色膜层的进一步开发和应用有十分重要的作用。
Electrochemistry coloring technology on stainless steel is introduced. Experimentation project is optimized through the orthogonal test, and the best experimentation project is obtained. Composition and chemical state of element are analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS ). It is very important for the exploitation and application of coloring film.
