介绍了影响CVD金刚石涂层刀具附着力的因素,并重点对提高其附着力的工艺措施进行了较深入的研究,对解决刀具基体与金刚石薄膜之间的附着力过小问题有一定的指导意义。
The effect factors on the adhesion of CVD diamond film coated tool are introduced, and the methods of improving adhesive force of CVD diamond film coated tool are studied.
