摘要
对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司开发的耐火H型钢进行了高温下的力学性能试验和耐火构件试验,并同时对耐火构件抗火性能进行了ANSYS有限元模拟计算,二者结果吻合较好;其结果表明,新开发的耐火H型钢力学性能与耐火性能等指标可满足建筑用钢要求。
The experiments on mechanical properties and refractory frame member of refractory H-beam developed by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. were carried out. Meanwhile, the refractory property was calculated by ANSYS FEM and the results were matched well with experimental ones. It showed that the properties of the new developed refractory H - beam can meet the demand of building steel.
