摘要
借助有限元分析软件MSC.SuperForm2004对H型钢万能轧制过程进行了模拟,着重讨论了万能轧制不同阶段轧件宽展在孔型中的变化规律。由模拟结果可知,万能孔型中轧件翼缘的端部不接触轧辊,变形主要靠变形渗透,变形量很小且变形渗透随道次的增加而明显。
With the aid of finite element analysis software of MSC. Super Form2004, universal rolling of H-beam is simulated, and flange spread during the rolling process is discussed mainly. It indicates that the top of the flange doesn't touch the roll in the universal groove, the deformation is small and relies on deformation extension and the extension becomes more intensively with the rolling pass increasing.
