YS-842B催化剂用于丙烯气相聚合工艺

Application of catalyst YS-842B in propylene gas phase polymerization process

开发了一种适于丙烯气相聚合的催化剂YS-842B．并与国产的同类催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,YS-842B催化剂与国产同类催化剂的组成和颗粒形态相近;聚合动力学行为、氢凋敏感性、共聚合性能相当。采用YS-842B催化剂制备的聚合物具有更窄的粒径分布。

This paper developed a kind of catalyst, YS-842B, for propylene gas the catalyst with its domestic counterparts. The results show that both phase polymerization and compared YS-842B and its reference catalyst have the similar compositions and particle morpholog, and furthermore, their polymerization kinetic behaviors, sensitivities of hydrogen modulation and copolymerization performances are equivalent. The polymer syntheized with catalyst YS-842B possesses a narrower particle size distribution.
