摘要 综述了β晶型聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的研究进展。阐述了各种β晶型PP复合材料的性能及其影响因素。通过加入β晶型成核剂和选择合适的结晶温度,可生成β晶型PP。β晶型PP复合材料包括β晶型PP与低密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯、间同立构PP、无规共聚PP、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚酰胺6、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙丙橡胶等聚合物的共混物以及用碳酸钙、滑石粉填充和镁盐晶须、云母、玻璃纤维增强β晶型PP。 This paper reviewed the advances in studies on β crystalline form polypropylene (PP) composites and elucidated the properties and their influential factors of the composites made from various β crystalline form PP. The preparation of β crystalline form PP could be carried out via addition of β nucleating agent and selection of appropriate crystallization temperature. β crystalline form PP composites involved its blending with low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear LDPE, syndiotactic PP, atactic PP, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyamide 6, ethylene-octene copolymer and ethylene-propylene rubber as well as the β-PP reinforced with calcium carbonate, talc powder, crystal whisker of magnesium salt, mica and glass fiber.
