冲天炉内喷粉强化及脱硫

摘要 在冲天炉风口中喷入燃料和脱硫剂的混合粉,对冲天炉熔炼过程有显著的强化作用和铁水、烟气脱硫作用。喷入还原带的燃料粉,促进了CO的链式燃烧反应,提高炉气燃烧比,从而提高铁水温度和熔化率或降低焦耗量;悬浮在炉气中的脱硫剂粉与炉气、铁水滴大范围、长时间接触,可充分发挥其对炉气和铁水的脱硫作用。本文分析了强化熔炼和脱硫的机理,阐述了喷粉工艺要点,介绍了喷粉装置的结构类型和实验效果。 Blended powder of fuel and desulfruizing agent spraied in tuyerea has remarkable strengthening and desulfurizing effect on the melting in cupola. The fuel powder spraied in deoxidiation zone can advance the chain reaction of CO, raise the ratio of combustion, thereby raise the temperature of molten iron and melting rate. The desulfurzing agent powder suspending in furnace gas can fully desulfurzize the furnace gas and molten iron. This paper analyzes the mechanism of strengthening melting and desulfurization, sumarrizes the spraying technique and introduce the structure of spray equipment and experiment effect.
