0.5%灭滴灵注射液加α-糜蛋白酶对切口渗液局部注射疗法探索

The Search to treat the extravasating wound with sol 0.5% flagyl and α-chymotrypsin injecting

目的寻找治疗切口渗液新疗法。方法我们用0.5%灭滴灵注射液每10ml加8000Uα-糜蛋白酶局部注射于术后脂肪液化或化脓的切口,无需改用抗生素,并与传统保守治疗方法比较:用50%葡萄糖加胰岛素切口局部注射及庆大霉素纱湿敷,切口照灯,切口分泌物培养后改用药敏抗生素。结果传统保守治疗方法总治愈率26.7%,对切口渗液范围超过1/2者治愈率1.18%,化脓切口此法无效,均需切口扩创,二期缝合,而用0.5%灭灵注射液加α-糜蛋白酶局部注射,保守治疗总治愈率96.56%,对感染化脓切口治愈率100%。结论采用0.5%灭滴灵注射液加α-糜蛋白酶对术后切口渗液(包括脂肪液化及化脓)进行局部注射,方法简便,治愈率高,与传统治疗方法比较,患者住院时间短,减少了切口扩创及二期缝合,同时减少了患者因此而引起的恐惧心理,同时也减少了医患之间的矛盾。

Objective To search a new way to treat the extravasating wound. Methods To inject the solution involving per 0.5% flagyl 10ml add α-chymotrypsin 8000U to the extravasating wound involving fat fluid and abscess, don＇t reelect other antibiotics, and compare to the tradition way： To inject the solution involving 50% Glucose add Insulin to the exthravasating wound, to reelect other useful antibiotics to drip. and add physiotherapy. Results The tradition way cute rate is 26.7% To the patients whose wound extravasating exceed 50% the cute rate is 1.18%, the abscess wounds are not validity. To inject the flagyl and α-chymotrypsin into the wound, cute rate is 96.56%, to the abscess wounds cute rate is 100%. Conclusions To use the solution involving per 0.5% flagyl add α-chymotrypsin inject to extravasating wound involving fat fluid and abscess, the methods is simple, cute rate is high. To compare to the tradition way, this way can shorten patient＇s time in the hospital. And the wound that is incision and draiage is cut down, dicyclic sutura is decreased. And the patient is not so fear, on the other way, contradiction in the patient and the doctor is cut down.
