男性不育精子存活率与精液各参数的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不育男性精子密度,活动率,前向活动率(a+b)的正常形态和存活率之间的相互关系。方法采用WHO推荐的标准化方法,对775例不育男性精液进行常规、形态学和精子活体染色技术检测分析。结果精子存活率与密度、活动率、前向活动率、正常形态各指标间均有正向相关性,相关系数(r)分别为0.175、0.803、0.749、0.274。结论精子存活率与精液常规检查参数和精子正常形态之间具有较好的相关性,精子存活率可作为评价精子活动率的补充指标,并且是一个很好的评估。 Objective To study the relationship between sperm viability and sperm concentration, motility, percentage of progressive sperm and normal sperm. Methods the semen sample from 775 infertile men attending to ambulant clinic was examined by the methods introduced by WHO. Results there were significantly difference between sperm viability and sperm concentration, motility, percentage of progressive sperm and normal sperm(r=-0.175, 0,803, 0.749, 0.247, respectively). Conclusions sperm viability may serve as a key parameter of seminal analysis and play an important role in evaluating the function of sperm.
