In real firm system, the effects of firm＇s intellectual capital on business performance are non- linearity and complicated. This paper propoaes the BP neural network model of the effects of finn＇s intellectual capital on business performance, including network selecting, network structure design, network training, generalization testing and the application of BP neural network model to determine the weight of the variables measuring intellectual capital.
