摘要
建立薄层色谱扫描法测定灯盏花植株单株中灯盏花乙素的含量,用以进行高通量的含量筛选.以乙酸乙酯、甲酸、水体积比5:1:1展开,扫描波长为337nm.灯盏花乙素线性范围为0.204~1.632μg,相关系数为0.999 5,平均回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差为3.90%.本法准确、简便、快速、重复性好,适用于优质单株的高通量筛选.
A TLC method for determination of scutellarin in individual Erigeron breviscapus was established, for choosing the plant contained high scuteUarin. The mobile phase was ethyl acetate-formic acid-water (5:1 : 1 ) and the detecting wavelength was 337 nm. The linear relationship ranged from 0. 204 μg to 1. 632 μg with a correlation coefficient 0. 999 5, the average recovery was 96.7 %, RSD was 3.90 %. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used in screening a good individual among a great deal of plants.
