论近现代常德人才群体

Changde Talent Groups Since Modern and Contemporary Times

在近现代,经由楚文化和湖湘文化的熏陶,伴随沅澧流域经济的发展以及民主革命和军事斗争的推进,在常德分别形成了以宋教仁和林伯渠为首的两个人才群体。这两个人才群有三个鲜明的特点:政治军事人才多;众多人才精英始终站在时代的前列,广泛接受了民主革命思想的熏陶,经历了军事斗争的磨练;爱国主义精神是近现代常德人才群体的生命基因。

Since modern and contemporary times, with the influence of Chu culture and Huxiang culture, the economic development of River Yuan and Li regions and the military and class struggle of the democratic revolution, there appeared two talent groups headed by Song Jiaoren and Lin Boqu. They had three characteristics： firstly, they teemedwith political and military talents; secondly, they always stood in front of the times, since they had been tempered by democratic revolutionary ideas and through military campaigns; and lastly, they were patriotic, which is essential to the Changde talent groups.
