摘要
针对体操普修课教学时数减少的情况下,如何高质量的完成教学任务,克服传统教学模式存在的弊端等问题,采用对比实验法,以牡丹江师范学院体育系2002级本科学生为研究对象,进行了“升降”式和“常规”式技术教学对比试验,并通过查阅文献资料以及数理统计等方法,对学生结业成绩进行分析,结果显示:实验班和对照班的学生学习成绩存在显著性差异,证明这种“升降”式教学方法具有可行性、实用性和实效性。
By means of comparative experiment, taking the 02 grade undergraduate students in the Department of P. E. of Mudanjiang Normal College as the research subjects ,the authors of this paper have conducted comparative experiments between the teaching method of upgrade-downgrade and the routine method in technical teaching in order to probe into the problem of how to accomplish teaching tasks with high-quality and to overcome the defects in traditional teaching mode under the situation of reduced teaching hours of gymnastics course. Besides, methods of literature review and mathematical statistics are applied to analyze students graduation performance. The results show that there are great discrepancies in students' performance between those from the experimental group and those from the contrastive group, which means the new teaching method is feasible, useful and effective.
