An Analysis and Countermeasures of the Present Conditions of Athletic Teaching for Female Teachers in Institutions of Higher Learning in Jiangsu Province

加强江苏省高校女体育教师体育教学能力的培养,是充分发挥其在高校体育改革与发展中作用的需要。应通过坚持树立新的性别观念、积极转变社会职业角色、增强自我意识拓展优势、树立体育学科新理念,加强体育课程建设等途径,不断提高组织教学能力。

It is highly necessary to develop the athletic teaching ability of female teachers in institutions of higher learning in Jiangsu Province so as to let them to play a role in the athletic development and teaching reform in the school. These objectives can be achieved by means of setting up new concepts of sex roles ,changing social occupational characters, strengthening the ego consciousness and advantages, establishing a new concept of physical education and improving the construction of athletic courses.
