台湾经济2005年态势分析和2006年展望

On 2005’s Situation and 2006’s Prospects of Taiwan Economy

2005年台湾经济态势,是陈水扁上台以来仅次于2001年的衰退局面。这主要是由于台湾内部政治社会动乱,投资环境恶化,使内外投资者投资信心不足,产业外移,以及台湾当局以“台独”意识形态处理两岸关系的结果,而不是国际经济环境的不景气趋势使然。展望2006年的台湾经济,从国际经济形势、两岸关系走向和台湾内部的政经状况来看,与2005年不会有太大差别。

Next only to 2001＇s, 2005＇s Taiwan economy is in the secondly serious decline situation since Chen Shuibian came into power. It is not mainly because of the depression of world economy but due to the inner political and social turbulence which results in the worsening of investment conditions and make the inside and outside investors lose investment confidence and move their industries abroad. And moreover, it is another important reason that the authorities deal with the relationship of the two banks of Taiwan Strait according to ideology of ＂Taiwan Independence＂. It can be seen from the situation of international economy, the developing trend of the relationship of the two banks of Taiwan Strait and the political and economic conditions that 2006＇s Taiwan economy will have no great difference from 2005＇s.
