摘要
采用基于双线阵电荷耦合器件(CCD)的带钢对中/对边纠偏(EPC/CPC)测量系统,可以更好地解决带钢在运动中的跑偏问题。针对该测量系统,设计了基于89C 51单片机和复杂可编程(CPLD)器件的硬件测量电路。文中详细介绍了该电路的设计思想和系统组成,同时提出了一种更好的边缘检测方案,并举例说明了CCD驱动器的用户控制脉冲SP和FC在工程实践中的应用。实验结果表明该测量电路完全满足设计要求。
The EPC/CPC measurement system based on dual linear CCD is a better way to rectify the deviation during strip running. In order to support this system, a circuit on the basis of 89C51 and CPLD devices is designed. Its design idea and system constitution are presented in detail. A better method for edge detection is proposed and the wide applications of SP and FC of CCD driver are also illustrated in engineering fields. It is proved by experiment that this measurement circuit completely meets design requirements.
