Study on the formulation of 75% tribenuron-methyl WDG

以95%苯磺隆为原药,填料膨润土,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙和LH-14,分散剂木质素磺酸钙、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物和LH-AS,崩解剂LH-11,乳化剂LH-R和稳定剂LH-WG为助剂,对75%苯磺隆水分散粒剂的配方进行了研究,并确定了最佳配方.试验结果表明:该产品悬浮率达到90%以上,崩解时间小于2 min,热贮((54±2)℃,2周)分解率小于5%,经各项技术指标和热贮稳定性测定均达到有关水分散粒剂的质量标准.

The formulation of 75% tribenuron-methyl Water Dispersible Granule （WDG） was studied by using the 95% tribenuron-methyl and packing bentonite as raw materials, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and LH-14 as wetting agents, the calcium ligninsulfonate, naphthalene formaldehyde condensate sodium sulfonate and LH-AS as dispersing agents, the LH-11 as the disintegration agent, the LH-R as the emulsifier, and the LH-WG as the stabilization agent. An optimized formulation was obtained. The performance tests of the product showed that the suspension rate was over 90 %, the dispersion time was less than 2 minutes and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was less than 5% at 54±2℃ within two weeks. All of them reach the quality standard of water dispersible granule.
