On Sanctions Against Unfaithful Businesses in market economy

在市场经济条件下,为什么有的企业敢冒天下之大不韪,不诚实守信,根本原因在于守信成本高,失信成本低,而现阶段我国诚信制度的缺失和失信惩戒的乏力,使企业失信有了滋生的土壤,故应从信誉体制保障入手,探求企业失信惩戒何以可能及其实现途径。

In market economy, the basic reasons why some businesses take risk not to be faithful in their business affairs are that being faithful, the cost is high while being unfaithful, the cost low. It is the lack of credit system and sanctions that make them possible in present businesses. Therefore, it is from credit system that can ensure the effective ways to prevent and to take sanctions against unfaithful activities in business affair.
