21世纪人才的培养,关键是素质的培养,然而,素质教育的实施则离不开学校的美育。音乐这门学科对人的教育是在潜移默化之中进行的,它在培养人的心理、道德、审美、创新等素质方面发挥着十分重要的作用。
Top priority has been given to character education at all levels in cultivating talents for the 21th century. Music plays an irreplaceable role in turning students into innovative - minded talents with lofty ideals, moral integrity, education and a sense of discipline.
