摘要
试验研究了含3种植物生长调节剂(GA3、NAA、BAP)的5种培养基对5种马铃薯脱毒试管苗微繁的影响。结果表明:③号培养基(MS+1mg/LGA3+0.1mg/LNAA)适合于克新4号、克新13号和尤金脱毒试管苗的微繁;④号培养基(MS+0.01mg/LBAP+0.05mg/LNAA)适合于早大白脱毒试管苗的微繁;而不含任何植物生长调节剂的①号培养基(MS培养基)适合于克新16号脱毒试管苗的微繁,以期为快速、低成本培养健壮试管苗打下基础。
Five media were adopted to study the effects of three plant growth regtdators (GA3, NAA, BAP) on the micropropagation of five Virus-free tube potato plantlets. The results showed: The number ③medium (MS+lmg/L GA3+0. 1mg/L NAA) is suitable to the micropropagation of Kexin No.4 , Kexin No.13 and Youjin; The number ④ medium (MS+O.Olmg/L BAP+0.05mg/L NAA) is suitable to the micropropagation of Zaodabai; However, The number ① medium (MS medium ), which has no plant growth regulators, is suitable to the micropropagation of Kexin No.16. From this study we hope to lay solid foundation of low cost rapid and better micropropagation of Virus-free tube potato plantlets.
