摘要 研究了不同收晾方法对白肋烟品质的影响。结果表明,白肋烟中上部叶的晾制质量受收晾方法影响很大。中部叶以摘叶不划筋处理较好,烟叶的外观质量、吸食品质较为协调,且具有明显的颗粒状物质。半整株采收的烟叶次之,叶片完熟,身份稍薄。摘叶划筋的烟叶质量最差,叶片尚熟或完熟,有青干或急干现象;上部叶则以半整株采收的烟叶质量较好,颜色红棕,结构稍疏松,香气量尚足,劲头适中。摘叶不划筋的次之,摘叶划筋最差。 This paper studied the influence of different harvesting methods on quality of burley tobacco during air-curing at Chongqing Fengjie county in 2003. The results showed that the quality of middle and upper leaves were affected apparently by the methods of harvesting and air-curing. The quality of middle leaves was best when picked and not cutting main vein (A2), the appearance quality and smoking quality were harmonious, and had obvious matter that like particles, harvested by half plant (A3) was secondary, the leaves were ripe completely, and the body was somewhat thin, picked and cut main vein (A1) was worst, the leaves were mature or ripe completely, but the leaves were easily dried when the color was still green; the quality of upper leaves was best by A3, the color of leaves was red or brown, and had some open structure, the quantity of aroma was some sufficient,the physiological strength was moderate. A2 was secondary and A1 was worst.
