摘要
选用水稻品种汕优63、福两优2186、东南201、闽紫香为试验材料,分别在始穗期和齐穗期以不同浓度的硒肥和锌肥喷施叶面,结果表明:(1)不同处理下,水稻株高、穗长、有效穗、穗粒数、千粒重性状差异不显著,而结实率差异显著。(2)各浓度硒肥和锌肥处理的单株产量比对照均提高。其中,福两优2186和闽紫香在(Na2SeO3)22.2mg/kg+(ZnSo4)50mg/kg(Ⅴ处理)下,分别比对照增产14.03%和15.65%;汕优63在硒肥浓度22.2mg/kg(Ⅱ处理)时,单株产量最高,较对照增产18.42%;东南201,当硒肥浓度为44.4mg/kg时,其产量较对照提高17.65%。(3)硒肥浓度为0~44.4mg/kg范围内,糙米硒含量随硒肥浓度增加而显著增高,六种处理的糙米硒含量依次为对照的3.43、8.29、16.86、4.14、7.71和17.36倍,而糙米中锌、铁和钙含量在各处理和对照间差异不显著。
The rice varieties Xian you 63, Fu liang you 2186, Dong nan 201, Min zi xiang were acted as experiment material, which were spraied with different concentrations of Se and Zn fertilizer during first heading date and full heading date. The results indicated that: (1)there were no significant difference in the plant height, panicle length, panicle numbers, grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight among different treatments, but there was significant difference in the fertility. (2)The yield per plant which were spraied by various concentrations of Se and Zn fertilizer were weightier than CK. Thereinto, the yield per plant of Fu liang you 2186 and Min zi xiang were respectively 14.03% and 15.65% weightier than CK, when they were spraied by the treatment of (Na2SeO3)22.2mg/kg+ (ZnSo+)50mg/kg; The yield per plant of Xian you 63, when it was treated by Na2SeO3 22.2mg/kg, was 18.42% weightier than CK; The yield per plant of Dong nan 201 was 17.65% weightier than CK, when it was sprhied with Na2SeO3 44.4mg/kg. (3) The concentration of Se fertilizer that ranged from 0 to 44.4mg/kg, the content of Se in brown rice was significantly increased, with increasing of the concentration of Se fertilizer. The content of Se in brown rice under the six treatments were respectively 3.43,8.29,16.86,4.14,7.71 and 17.36 times same as CK, but there were no significant difference in the content of Zn,Fe,Ca in brown rice among all treatments.
