摘要
室内毒力测定结果表明,附子浸渍液对观赏园艺植物花卉上常见的桃蚜和月季长管蚜具有较高的毒性,LC50为原液稀释14.99倍和15.07倍。室内药效试验表明,稀释10倍的附子浸渍液对桃蚜和月季长管蚜药后48h校正虫口减退率分别达到85.56%和89.94%,稀释15倍的附子浸渍液对桃蚜和月季长管蚜药后48h校正虫口减退率分别达到79.97%和81.08%。经DMRT于5%水平检验与田间常用化学药剂40%氧乐果乳油1500倍液和45%马拉硫磷乳油1000倍液均无显著差异。
The toxicity experiment in the lab shows that, the aconitic steep has high toxicity against Myzus persicae (Sulzer)and Macrosiphum rosivorume Zhang, which are commonly found in ornamental horticultural plants, LC50 being 14.99 and 15.07 times' diluted original steep. The laboratory experiment shows, after 48h the corrected mortality rates of 10 times' diluted aeonitic steep against the Myzus persicae CSulzer)and Macrosiphum rosivorume Zhang reach 85.56% and 89.94% respectively; And after 48h the corrected mortality rates of 15 times' diluted aconitic steep against the peach aphid and China rose aphid reach 79.97% and 81.08% respectively. Using DMRT at a level of 5%, there are no significant differences between the aconitic steep and the 40% omethoate E.C. 1500 × or the 45% malathion E.C. 1000×, which are commonly used field chemical pesticide.
