摘要
对年产10000t净菜生产项目进行了初步设计。完成了工艺流程选定、物料衡算、设备选型等工艺设计。设计由五大部分构成:设计说明书,工厂平面布置图,工艺流程图、车间管路平面布置图及主生产车间设备布置图。与传统的生产线相比,该设计的突出优点是原料适应面广、产品质量高,可满足2大类13种蔬菜的连续化生产。
It was a preliminary design of a plant, which can produce lightly, processed vegetables 10000 tons per year. The processing steps were ascertained. The materials were calculated. The equipments were chosen. The design was composed of five major parts: design instruction, general layout, process drawing, pipeline plane distribution drawing and main workshop equipments distribution chart. Comparing with the traditional product lines, the prominent advantages of this design were: wide material adaptive abilities, high quality of product. 13 varieties of 2 kinds of vegetables can be processed successively.
