试论卢梭与杰斐逊人民主权理论之不同

On the Difference of the Theory of the People's Sovereignty between Rousseau and Jefferson

卢梭与杰斐逊人民主权理论的差异主要集中在国家主权的分割、人民主权的实现方式、对自由的理解以及对国家权力的监督等四个方面。卢梭与杰斐逊的人民主权理论不但对法国和美国的资产阶级革命产生了深远的历史影响,而且对世界其他国家的民主政治建设也产生了深远影响。

The difference of the theory of the people＇s sovereignty between Rousseau and Jefferson are focused on the following four aspects： whether the sovereignty can be cut apart; the realization way of people＇s sovereignty; the understanding to freedom; and the supervision to the state power. The theory of the people＇s sovereignty had produced the far-reaching historical influence not only to the bourgeois revolution of France and U. S. A. , but also to the democratic politics construction of other countries of the world.
