西北内陆干旱区环境与贫困关系个案研究

A Case Study of Linkage between Environment and Poverty in the Semi-Arid Northwestern China

文章以一个位于西北内陆绿洲边缘的贫困村为研究对象,从微观层面上揭示和探讨了环境与贫困之间具体的复杂的相互关系。准确把握环境与贫困二者之间的关系,对于我们更好地解决这两个问题具有重要作用。环境资源禀赋的不足造成了贫困的发生,而贫困村由于缺乏技术、资金等条件,对环境资源的开发和影响也非常有限。

Better understanding the linkages between environment and poverty is very important for us to solve environmental and poverty problems. The case study is based on one poor village on the edge of an oasis in the northwest of china. It reveals and discusses complex reciprocity relations between them in the micro level. The insufficiency of the environment resources has led to poverty＇s occurrence. But poor people lack technology, fund and so on. They have limited influences on the environment resources.
