摘要
本开炼机采用螺旋伞齿轮作为减速器,该减速器的齿轮副具有高的精度及高的齿面硬度,散其传递功率大,使用寿命长。本减速装置的突出特点是:重量轻,体积小,噪音低(60～70dB),工作平稳,安全,且有很高的可靠性。
Helical bevel gears are used as speed reducer of mills. The gears are characterized in high precision, high hardness of gear flank, large power transmission and long service life. The features of reduction device are: light weight, small size, low noise (60～70dB), smooth operation and high reliability.
