摘要
探讨舞龙运动对人体身体机能的影响,促进舞龙运动的发展,对18名舞龙男大学生、15名一般体育专业男大学生和11名普通男大学生安静时的心率、血压和运动后即刻心率及运动后肺活量进行测定,计算布兰奇心功指数、PWC170和VO2max,并进行统计分析比较。结果表明,舞龙大学生和一般体育专业大学生的心血管功能、身体做功能力,最大耗氧量和肺活量明显优于普通大学生(P<0.05),舞龙大学生比一般体育专业大学生具有更优的趋向,但无显著性差异。结论:舞龙运动对身体机能和心肺功能的增强有促进作用,是一种安全有效的健身活动。
In order to discuss the influence of dragon dance activity on body function and promote the development of dragon dance movement, this paper makes test on heart rate and blood pressure at rest ,instance heart rate and vital capacity after exercise of 15 ordinary sport college students and 11 ordinary college students in order to calculate PWC170 and VO2max and make statistical comparison. The result shows that the cardiovascular function, maximal oxygen uptake and vital capacity of dragon dance college students are superior to ordinary sport college students,but there is no significant difference. It concludes that the movement of dragon dance can improve the body function and vital capacity. It is an effective and safety physical activity.
