摘要
以引发血栓性疾病的独立因素——血液纤维蛋白溶解系统(简称纤溶系统)为切入点,研究体育锻炼对老年人血液纤溶系统的影响。结果显示,常年参加体育锻炼不仅使老年人血液纤维溶中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(T-PA)活性和纤溶酶(PL)活性增加,同时还能降低了α2-PI(α2抗纤溶酶)活性和纤维蛋白原含量(Fibrinogen,Fg);对于老年人,性别差异对血液纤溶系统能力的影响较小。提示,经常参加体育锻炼有助于提高老年人纤溶活性,加速纤维蛋白的降解,最终能有效地预防血栓的形成。
This paper studies on fibrinolyic system which causing the disease of thrombus as single factor,analyzes the effects of physical exercise on fibrinolyic system of elder people. The result shows that regular physical exercise can improve the activity of tissue type,plasminogen activator (T-PA) and PL,decrease the activity of a-2PI and content of fibrinogen (Fg). For elder people ,the effect of gender difference on fibrinolyic system is less. It suggests that regular physical exercise can help to improve the fibrinlyie system activity, accelerate the fibrin to dissolve and effectively prevent the forming of thrombus.
