补充肌酸和抗阻训练对废用性萎缩肌肉GLUT4蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了健康大学生外固定腿2周使肌肉愈接近废用性萎缩,并在固定期和恢复期10周过程中连续补充肌酸和抗阻训练,测定股外侧肌葡萄糖转运蛋白4(glucose transporter 4,GLUT4)的变化,并且测定了肌糖原、磷酸肌酸(CP)和肌酸(C)浓度。探讨补充肌酸对骨骼肌废用性萎缩后糖代谢调节机制的影响。研究结果显示:补充肌酸和抗阻训练可以提高废用性萎缩肌肉GLUT4蛋白水平,肌肉吸收葡萄糖和肌糖原合成能力增强。肌肉CP、C和C总浓度在恢复期第3周达到高水平。 This study was to determine the change of GLUT4 protein, glycogen CP and C for in. vastus lateralis after the subjects were immobilized on their right legs for two weeks to disuse atrophy, supplying creatine and training for ten weeks. To discuss the effect of supplying creatine on mediated carbohydrate metabolism of skeletal muscles disuse atrophy. The results showed that content of GLUT4 protein, glucose and glycogen in xnuscles disuse atrophy increased after supplying creatine. After three weeks rehabilitation CP, C and total C reached the highest level.
